1/4 cup Water
2 Eggs

Let's Begin!

Mix the brownie batter, oil, water and eggs together in a large bowl.
(Attempt not to eat too much brownie batter!)

Combine two Oreos together by putting peanut butter in between.
(Attempt not to eat this either!)
Place peanut butter filled oreos into a cupcake pan, Remember to use cupcake paper cups.

Pour brownie batter over the oreos, just enough to cover the tops and the sides. Don't overdo it!

DIY Sweet Treats for Valentine's Day!

As a sort of part two to my last post, here is an easy and cute treat for your significant other on Valentine's Day! ;) And get this, it only uses 6 ingredients!

Peanut Butter Balls! (In the shape of a heart!)

What you will need:
2 Sticks of butter or margarine
1 & 1/3 cups of peanut butter
1 Teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 bag of confectioner sugar
1 & 1/3 cups of graham cracker crumbs
2 bags of chocolate chips

Double Boiler (Or microwave) to melt chocolate chips
Small heart shaped cookie cutter
Rolling pin

Instructions:
Measure out peanut butter, place in a large bowl. Melt the butter completely and pour into the bowl with the peanut butter. Add vanilla. Whisk until combined (See image below)

Add the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. This is the fun part! You have to mix it all together using your hands! Hand-mix until ingredients are well blended. (See picture below)

Roll out using rolling pin, until it is about a half inch thick. Begin cutting out heart shapes!
How cute! Place your hearts evenly spaced on a tray (make sure tray is wrapped in wax paper or Seran wrap.) Place trays in refrigerator until hearts are firm.

Melt chocolate chips, and begin covering the hearts!

Trick for evenly coating the hearts: Place heart on the end of a fork (Do not spear the hearts with the fork), Pour chocolate over heart using a spoon. Shake off the excess, place carefully back on tray.

And you're done! Place in refrigerator and wait till the chocolate hardens. Feel free to make a simple design on top with some white chocolate!
Hope your sweetheart has a sweet-tooth ;)

DIY Clothespin Message for Valentine's Day!

I was having trouble finding something for my boyfriend for our first Valentine's Day together.
I immediately knew that I wanted to hand make him something, so I set off to Pinterest and some craft blogs, until I came across this little cutie!

It was super easy to make, and the tutorial that came with it was very helpful and simple.
(The picture above is of my finished product)

I'm sure my boyfriend will love and appreciate this little guy! I'll also be baking him some sweets, of course ;)
